In remembrance of September 11th, Tuesday's Children was invited by NASDAQ to ring the opening bell, honoring the legacies of the people we lost on that day and propelling the next generation into the future with the resilience, community and support they need to thrive. Members of Clune New York were honored to be by their side due to our involvement with the organization. Tuesday’s Children was founded in 2001 to support children affected by the events of 9/11, with the goal of guiding them into adulthood. Over the past 23 years, the organization has offered services focused on healing and building resilience. As it evolved, Tuesday’s Children expanded its programs to include parents, caregivers and individuals impacted by the long-term health effects of that day, and, more recently, military families of the fallen—those whose loved ones answered the call to serve in the aftermath of 9/11 and made the ultimate sacrifice. Among the many displays of community we experienced this September was joining our friends at 9/11 Day as their guests for the NYSE opening bell on September 11th. Thank you to the team at 9/11 Day for including our family members, supporters, and volunteers. We were so honored to be standing next to such a compelling organization making positive change by turning a day of tragedy into a day of doing good. A special thanks to our friends at Crowe for joining us and being champions of not only Tuesday's Children, but volunteerism in their community at large.

Join us for a cocktail party as we pay tribute to 23 years of Tuesday's Children and celebrate the community where we began and honor the contributions of the Church of Saint Mary, Manhasset. Live music performed by the Jim Roberti Band and whiskey and cigar pairings throughout the evening provided by Mobile Cigar Lounge. Tickets include hors d’oeuvres and an open bar. Brian Leavey is the special guest speaker for the evening. Brian is a vital champion of Tuesday’s Children’s mission. He is the surviving son of FDNY Lt. Joseph Leavey, who was killed on September 11th. Brian will be speaking about the impact of the organization, his involvement as a corporate partner, and his service as a mentor to a Gold Star child. Proceeds from the event support Tuesday’s Children’s continued mission to support families impacted by trauma and loss with mentorship, peer support, career resources, family engagements, and community-building events.
