Matt has a gift for seeing the potential in others and helping people and organizations grow, whether it’s in business, community engagement, or personal development. Matt serves as a Director at The Tuckey Companies, a third-generation family business in Carlisle. Matt lives out his values with unwavering dedication, and his passion for serving the local community shines through in his involvement with organizations like Accounting Beyond Borders, CARLISLE CHRISTIAN ACADEMY, and the Carlisle Family YMCA. His eyes light up whenever he talks about Kristin, and their two boys, Carson and Brady. His passion for family, faith, and community is contagious, and his actions speak louder than his words—whether he’s on a customer call, chairing a non-profit board meeting, or coaching high school basketball.
