TVWD provides water to about 220,000 people over more than 44 square miles of Washington County, Oregon, including portions of Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard and Unincorporated Washington County. We are very fortunate to have: several high quality water sources and are constructing an additional resilient supply system from the Willamette River in partnership with the City of Hillsboro and the City of Beaverton. TVWD had the recent pleasure of hosting both Congresswomen Bonamici and Salinas at our Willamette Water Supply System's Water Treatment Plant construction site. The video, featuring TVWD Commissioner Todd Sanders, is a wonderful highlight of the tour and we were also proud to hear the mayors of our partner cities Hillsboro, Beaverton and Sherwood talk about the importance of this project for our region. TVWD has issued a Request for Proposals for On-Call Arborist Services (RFP). TVWD serves portions of unincorporated Washington County, Oregon and has multiple properties with trees that require regular maintenance and management as well as post-storm response. The RFP is available at https://lnkd.in/gsWbkqFM. There will be an optional pre-proposal conference on October 2, 2024. Proposals are due October 16, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
