Kristin Heimburger, LSRP and David DiPascale, LSRP recently attended “Investing in Atlantic City: Development Opportunities & Incentives,” Economic Development Forum held at Stockton University's John Scarpa Academic Building. The event, hosted by Urban Land Institute Philadelphia and the Greater Atlantic City Chamber, brought together over 100 attendees from across the region. Presentations by the NJ Economic Development Authority #NJEDA and Casino Reinvestment Development Authority #CRDA highlighted upcoming development projects, available incentives, and a key update that environmentally impacted properties are no longer excluded from funding eligibility.
