Since starting my role at TTech America three months ago, we've increase monthly sales 10%. Our new pipeline is forecasted to jump that to 25% in the next 60 days. All accomplished by re-establishing relationships with approximately 5% of our former clients. Our 12 month goal may seem lofty, a 100% increase solely by bringing back 20 to 30% of former clients. I have put on the back burner seeking new opportunities to cultivate past relationships, lost for various reasons. I believe offering killer service, understanding business needs and our strategic locations will remove us from the commoditized business we're in - leading us to this initial target. To compliment this, I've been working on creating internal systems to improve productivity and operational efficiency while lowering wasteful tasks and poor technology. So much to do climbing the first peak, but the path to the summit looks grand.
