关于我们
At Third Sector New England, Inc. (TSNE) we know that change is possible and that change can be activated within people and communities. We’re a capacity building organization that partners with nonprofit organizations to provide the services, programs, and resources they need to support their communities and, ultimately, create a more equitable society. We work with organizations to face barriers, like access to resources and capacity, by ensuring they have the support they need; financial, human, and more, to operationalize their work. We are committed to doing this work with equity at the forefront, and a deep understanding of the systemic inequities that pose barriers to impact, especially for organizations that work with historically marginalized communities. TSNE exists to serve and partner WITH organizations and we do so by offering robust research about the state of the nonprofit sector, providing financial, administrative, and operational support, and building spaces, like the Nonprofit Center, and The Link, where nonprofit organizations can convene and strategize towards the future.

We love to see the NonProfit Center in action! Thanks to our friends at Philanthropy Massachusetts for sharing this photo of local nonprofit leaders learning how to build organizational capacity. Gatherings like this embody the very mission of the NonProfit Center—bringing people together to collaborate, grow, and create lasting impact for our communities and beyond.
So grateful to Lori Smith Britton for joining our team at TSNE’s Nonprofit Center to share her expertise on Building Organizational Capacity with Signature Events. Grateful, too, for the thoughtful participation of the more than 50 nonprofit leaders who came out to learn and engage in person. #specialevents #fundraising #friendraising #nonprofit

“Hey, non-profit professionals—I see you. I know the long hours, the passion that fuels you, and the deep exhaustion that can come with the work. I’ve been there. I spent 15 years in the non-profit sector, balancing the mission-driven hustle while trying to maintain my own well-being. It wasn’t easy, and at times, burnout felt inevitable. But I also learned firsthand that wellness isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity if we want to show up fully for the communities we serve.” Read more in our new blog from Carlene Fonseca, Facilitator for the Better Nonprofit Management Training Series, about her upcoming wellness workshop for nonprofit professionals: https://lnkd.in/gJi63ssy
