Featured Project: The Amaris The Amaris, located in the vibrant Southwest Waterfront neighborhood, this project at 1100 Maine Ave SW is a modern development designed to enhance the urban landscape. The Amaris is a mixed-use residential project by Rafel Vinoly Architects designed to maximize views of the Potomac River and M Street and allow daylight deep within each residential unit. Georgetown University's new McCourt School of Public Policy building is a cutting-edge facility designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and leadership in policy education and research. Spanning over 150,000 square feet, this impressive structure serves as a dynamic hub for students, faculty, and global leaders working to address today’s most critical policy challenges. The building boasts 20 state-of-the-art classrooms, a 400-seat auditorium, and versatile conference rooms equipped with the latest technology to support learning and engagement.
