All About the Science
At the heart of TScan’s discovery process is our proprietary genome-wide, high-throughput target identification screen, designed to rapidly identify the natural targets of T cell receptors. Our approach is based on the central premise that we can learn from patients who are winning their fight against cancer in order to treat those who are not. Our TCR-T therapies are based on highly active TCRs that are clinically relevant and designed to be used in combination with each other.

Since our founding, we have made substantial progress building our target and TCR discovery platform technologies, discovering new targets and TCRs, advancing our two lead programs into IND-enabling studies, developing in-house manufacturing capabilities, and, in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, identifying the targets of T cells from recovering COVID-19 patients. In addition, we have entered into multiple strategic collaborations.
