I use Tango weekly and also in previous roles. I use it to share workflows with my clients, prospects and even my teammates. I used to share videos with people but then realized that I was making them watch a 5 min video. The video would go unwatched and they wouldn't get the information they needed. So, I started creating workflows and playbooks with Tango. They can just revisit the doc or I can pin a Tango Nugget inside of whatever I am referencing to visit later.
