A little over a year ago I joined Retool and Sally Kim's team to start an exciting journey in building a customer and partner education function at Retool. This week we formally announced the release of Retool University to help up-skill anyone on the Retool platform. The journey has included a lot of interviews, development of many iterations of educational content, and building the entire self-service, educational experience within Retool with the help of Sally Kim, Alex Tapper and Brianna Krieg. In addition we partnered with our design team to upgrade the user experience to follow the new Retool design standards released last week. This included collaboration with Willa Gross, J.D.
