PLMA - Private Label Manufacturers Association trade show is the best place to find a manufacturer - one day a year. We're building Rescale for the other 364. Co-founders in the wild ?? Our co-founder and CTO Matthew K. took some time from building to give job seekers advice at a Ruby engineering panel in Boston, joined by Freedom Dumlao (Flexcar, Zipcar, Wayfair, Amazon) & John K Sawers (Privia Health).

Negotiations ?? have impacted every part of my entrepreneurial journey at Rescale- hiring, fundraising, sales, and especially supporting our brands in contract negotiations. I was honored to share these learnings as a guest lecturer in The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth Negotiation course. Thanks for the invite Aram Donigian! ?? At #expowest2024 for every "Oh, wow! I am so glad I met you!" there was a "go away, I'm here to sell my product." Tech disruptors love to hate trade shows, but no where else on earth can you stress test #productmarketfit and receive live feedback (good or bad!) in such high volumes. Rescale Supply's first #expowest was a rollercoaster, and we can't wait to do it again. Thanks to all of our friends, new and old, that have opened their arms to us over the last year, and thanks as well to those that have given us the unabashed rejections - we're building better from it all.
