Since the beginning of Because, we've added all of our customers (>$250/mo) to slack. We've had many internal debates around whether we should keep doing this, but we get so many compliments from customers on how fast and dedicated our support is (ESPECIALLY during our 14 day trial). NGL it can be very difficult to keep up with all the slack messages, especially all the threads... and turning them all into help tickets so there's a formal paper trail is a challenge to get everyone to remember to do (we have a Freshdesk<> slack integration). BUT this keeps us uber close to our customers to hear about feature requests, ideas, issues, bugs, requests, and just general day-to-day things they need from us ?? I LOVE this "love" campaign JOCKO FUEL set up using Because! ?? It's really hard to add promo messaging to your Shopify theme without just resorting to a site-wide top bar. If you want to edit a specific product page, you have to update your product page template across all products. That's why I "love" (see what I did there ??) how easy we've made Because?? for merchants. Ecommerce managers like Dennis Botzenhardt can go in and quickly design banners, top bars, and badges for their Collection Page & Product Page (look at those chocolate covered strawberry badges ??) The best part is... ?? No developer needed ?? Rule based messaging for specific products/pages/audiences ?? Analytics and AB testing on each message ?? Scheduling rules to turn off by the end of V Day!
