    We started using slack "workflows" at Because?? and it's been so helpful. We use it for bug reports in the platform, feature requests or just general change requests in app, and more. If you haven't used it yet, it's essentially a set of questions you can customize in a form in slack (there are other available types but we like the forms). So for example, our bug report workflow looks like this: ?? Your name ?? Bug name ?? Which customer account did you notice it on? ?? How many users is this impacting? ?? Is there a related support ticket? ?? Provide an example of what's going wrong ?? Links to video/resource ??? Screenshots/evidence ?? Were you able to recreate the bug on any other accounts? If so, how? ? What's the priority? ?? Reason for priority level ?? What's the due date? I've already shouted my love for Linear - we also use the Linear integration to Workflows to turn these into Linear tickets that can then be assigned to a dev ?? What other creative ways can you use slack workflows that we haven't thought of yet? ??

    Since the beginning of Because, we've added all of our customers (>$250/mo) to slack. We've had many internal debates around whether we should keep doing this, but we get so many compliments from customers on how fast and dedicated our support is (ESPECIALLY during our 14 day trial). NGL it can be very difficult to keep up with all the slack messages, especially all the threads... and turning them all into help tickets so there's a formal paper trail is a challenge to get everyone to remember to do (we have a Freshdesk<> slack integration). BUT this keeps us uber close to our customers to hear about feature requests, ideas, issues, bugs, requests, and just general day-to-day things they need from us ?? In the early stages of building, I'm a huge advocate for having customers in slack. What do you guys think? Have any internal debates over this same topic? ?? Alicia Uhl, MBA? Marc McComas ?
