What You'll Do: ? Be the face of Nimbl to our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships ? Manage small business accounting tools like QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Gusto ? Oversee month-end close processes and complex reconciliations ? Lead client onboarding and ensure seamless financial operations ? Train and coordinate the work of bookkeepers and consultants What We're Looking For: ? 4+ years of small business accounting experience (reconciliations, accruals, financial reporting) ? Strong communication and leadership skills—explaining accounting to non-accountants is a plus! ? A tech-savvy problem solver with a knack for organization and attention to detail ?
