Exciting news! PCSAO is proud to announce the launch of PACT (Practice in Action Together), a new shared practice model developed for (and by) caseworkers, supervisors, agency leaders, families, former foster youth, academics, and other experts. The model embodies a shared vision focused on strengthening relationships between caseworkers and families, promoting healing, and achieving equity while meeting state and federal mandates. Special thanks to our research partner, Kaye Implementation & Evaluation, and the 8 county agencies who will be the first to begin implementing the model: Ashtabula County Children Services, Athens County Children Services, Perry County Children Services, Champaign County Job and Family Services, Trumbull County Children Services, Fairfield County Job and Family Services, Morgan County Job & Family Services, and Belmont County Job & Family Services.
