When people ask me about what working at TruMark Financial Credit Union is like I often describe working with my colleagues as full of Avengers Assemble! moments. Everyday, I watch my colleagues show-up and create magic (GSD is a way of life here!) - with a level of enthusiasm, energy, and spirit that is unmatched. It’s only fitting that our Employee Appreciation Day theme is superheroes. As I shared with our team today, they don’t need capes or special powers to prove they are heroes, they have something even more powerful: dedication, problem-solving, and a commitment to helping others. Their character is unmatched and inspires me to wake up every day ready to fight for a better tomorrow for our members and community. ??? Making a Difference, One Bed at a Time ?? This year, teams from TruMark Financial had the honor of partnering with One House at a Time (OHAAT), a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of underserved children in Greater Philadelphia. Through multiple volunteer events, our teams worked alongside OHAAT to deliver beds, bedding, books, toothbrushes, and other tools to encourage healthy bedtime habits directly to the homes of children in need. ?? A special shoutout to Jen F., who went above and beyond by donating two gorgeous handmade quilts. Her generosity added a truly personal and heartfelt touch to the support provided to these children. For many children, having a bed of their own is life-changing—it’s the foundation for quality sleep that supports their ability to grow, learn, and thrive. ??
