Originally illuminated with 202 incandescent bulbs in 2008, LACMA soon began exploring alternative lighting options to align with their commitment to efficiency and sustainability. By 2016, after years of research and testing, our custom LED bulbs were installed, achieving a 91% reduction in energy use while preserving the sculpture's warm, inviting glow.
