About the Broker: Chris Rubino is passionate Entrepreneur and current MBA student at the University of California, Irvine. He is focused on Multi-family and commercial investment analysis taking courses in Real Estate Finance, Operations, Strategy and Analysis. Prior to UCI, Chris worked as an Office Manager/Broker Associate for Real Property Management, an Inc. 500 listed company a myriad of projects for property management and sales brokerages providing sales, leasing and management services to over 300 + clients with a gross asset value of over $150 million dollars. He Possesses excellent communication, marketing and interpersonal skills as a result of servicing a myriad of clients from different personal and financial backgrounds. Chris interned at Twinrock Partners, a private equty real estate equity fund focused on opportunistic and special purpose commercial real estate investments.
