We are happy to share that last night The Middle Eight team successfully completed all entitlements and public approvals by obtaining our final site plan approval -- 2+ years in the making. We plan to obtain building permits, complete the capital raise and start construction by 1Q25. Much thanks to the entire team and all of our supporters along the way to get to this point! The Middle Eight will be a mixed-use 222-unit luxury apartment and penthouse community with an all day cafe, plus 21 luxury homes, townhomes, and duplexes.
