Over the next week we’ll top off and stripe the asphalt, finish laying the remaining sod/landscaping and put the finishing touches on this AMAZING ground up project. Time flies when you're having fun at TRG (Commercial Real Estate)! We recently shot some aerials of our AWESOME Tesla Dealership (SSD) development located in the City Limits of Tallahassee, FL. The home of Florida's Capitol, multiple local and state Universities and much more! This project required some serious teamwork and major thinking outside the box to accomplish. I looked back at our files and the first records date back to April 2022. We're over two years invested and less than two months from completion. No unexpected delays, just a long process. Much appreciation to all of those at Tesla who worked and continue to work tirelessly as we come down the home stretch to complete this project. Those who work at Tesla truly are some of the most talented and hard working people that Jose Borrego and I have worked with. I occasionally text someone around 11p just to see if they were still working like me and almost always received an enthusiastic "of course!" response. ?? We're excited to keep our heads down for the next couple of months and put the finishing touches on this special development! It's a beauty and a GREAT addition to the City of Tallahassee!
