Just attended an amazing JCA and True Tickets webinar that blew my mind with incredible data on shadow audiences! ?? Did you know that 10.6% of shadow audience members (people who receive transferred tickets) came back to purchase tickets in 2024? That translated to $3.8M in revenue across organizations! I love that True Tickets provides organizations with both incredible data insights AND the tools needed to better support patrons! #GoodData And, while fixed subscription packages still dominate, alternative models are growing FAST - especially memberships (nearly 200% growth since 2019)! Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra's Harmony Pass is the perfect example of leveraging Tessitura's powerful membership functionality to create non-traditional subscription models that today's audiences want!
