In 2023 True Storage was named the 87th largest owner in the country, jumping 20 spots in just one year. Overall the the company saw a 54% increase in portfolio size and showed the largest portfolio growth second to Storage Rentals of America which had a 55.1% growth in sqft growth. ?? This former Kmart conversion features over 75,000 rentable sf and a variety of large drive up garage bay units. The Kmart box anchors several other retailers within the property and is a true showcase of our teams ability to revitalize a property that had been vacant for nearly a decade ??
