    In 2017, my friend Pat Hogan called and said, "I have a fourth-quarter play I can't wait to tell you about." I knew exactly what he meant. Think of your career as a game with four quarters. In the first, you’re playing hard, striving to rack up as many points as possible. By the second quarter, you've gained experience and momentum, perhaps easing up a bit as you approach halftime. The third quarter is the back half of your career. You've built experience, scored points, and if you haven’t quite hit your goals yet, there’s still time to adjust your game plan. Then comes the fourth quarter. Some people push hard to the finish, others are content with where they’ve landed, and some use this time to create something truly unique. Pat’s fourth-quarter play was as a co-founder leading the launch of Kizik—a company founded by brilliant minds that has revolutionized footwear. I was honored to be a part of it and for TruePoint to help launch kizik. Pat played so well that he went into overtime, making the game even more purposeful. Late last year, Pat called again: "I can't wait to tell you about this mission I have, and I want TruePoint to help bring it to life." The Young Family’s Foundation is dedicated to empowering young families to achieve the American Dream of homeownership. Being part of this journey has been incredibly rewarding. I’m so thankful to our TruePoint Communications team for crafting a brand identity, logo, and website that authentically reflect the heart and soul of this foundation. Their work truly brought the YFF vision to life in a powerful way! I'm grateful to have partners like Pat, who have made every quarter of this journey so fun and fulfilling.
