The BroadSoft Story by Google Notebook LM In my role today, I spent much time thinking about how enterprises should adopt AI, the use cases, the challenges, and the opportunities. This means testing AI in various use cases and listening to how others have leveraged these solutions. Last week, I sat down to try Google’s Notebook LM, an AI solution that allows you to interact with source content. One of the latest features is Audio Overview, a two-person hosted podcast created with the content that you provide. I have had great success using this, but I decided to see how it would tell the BroadSoft story from a few sources I uploaded. Let me know what you think. This morning I had the privilege of moderating the panel “Financial Transactions Shaping the Future of our Industry.” at the CCA event held at the Yale club. The executives from NUSO (Matt Siemens) Momentum (Todd Zittrouer) & Pirchit (Paul Kleen) sparked a vibrant discussion about the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) process. The panelists offered invaluable insights. They shared their personal experiences in raising capital, navigating mergers, and executing strategic acquisitions. Hopefully attendees gained rare perspectives on the strategies that informed their decisions and influenced the future trajectories of their companies. The session provided an excellent opportunity to understand what it truly takes to guide a company in the ever-evolving cloud communications landscape. It was also great to see old friends like Alex Doyle, Frank Silla, Dymtri, & Diane Myers. The list clearly goes on. It was invaluable spending time with Chakra (CEO Tekvizion) and making new friends at CCA. Joe and the CCA team did a great job organizing a first rate event. See you all soon!

Great to reconnect with an old friend, Alex Danyluk, after so many years! Back when Alex was at Microsoft, we had a short-lived partnership, and it's incredible to see how far he's come since then. He's done an amazing job building AVANT Communications into a significant player in the market—truly impressive work.
