We’ve been closely monitoring the road conditions and plan to resume normal operations for Mid and Night shifts in all locations tonight, Tuesday, January 7. All locations, all shifts, for both office and factory will be fully operational starting Wednesday, January 8. If you are unable to safely report to work, please contact HR or your supervisor. Flexible Workforce team members who feel travel is unsafe may report to their home facility and should meet with the Plant Manager upon arrival. Due to road conditions, we are canceling day shift production for all locations on Tuesday January 7th. ?P15 Parts, T-15 Decal, and all Distribution buildings will run on Tuesday January 7th.?Team members working in those departments who are unable to safely come into work should call into HR or reach out to their supervisor. ? Time will be excused and time off benefits can be applied. If using vacation or floating holiday, notify your supervisor upon your return. Offices will also be closed and those who can work from home should plan to do so. We are monitoring conditions for both Mids and Night Shift for Tuesday evening and will provide an update by tomorrow afternoon. We expect to resume normal operations on Wednesday January 8th and will provide an update by Tuesday afternoon if something is to change.
