We recently had the honor of working with?GenAlpha Technologies, Kristina Harrington, and her team of experts?to produce a promo video to showcase their software. They needed this video to demonstrate the key features of their software in a main video (see below). They also needed us to cut it up into short segments. But the fun part of this project was that we only had 8 days to produce a high-quality promo video. That's because they were given a tight deadline by their customer who needed to premiere it at their annual meeting. At first, we weren’t sure exactly how we were going to get it done…but we knew we would. A video like this usually takes much longer than 8 days to plan, write the script, record the assets, edit the video, customize the music, and go through the approval process. But we were up to the challenge. Kris and her wonderful team already had so much of the foundation laid because they had their customer avatars already in place. They also had a great script that we were able to improve upon. And, they were quick to respond with ideas, company assets, and feedback. From there we worked with a professional voiceover artist to record the script. Then we recorded their software in 5k high-resolution and edited everything together to make the final video. This project came out remarkably well, given the tight timeline but magic happens when good people come together.
