The Epigenetics Company ?? We decode your DNA, so you can optimize health at the cellular level and slow aging.

关于我们

TruDiagnostic is a state of the art epigenetic testing company, specializing in Biological Aging, Nutritional Deficiencies, and Cellular Systems Health based on DNA Methylation. We offer testing for clinical practitioners and their patients, and consumers. TruDiagnostic is dedicated to utilizing validated research and rigorous scientific standards to expand our knowledge and analysis into Epigenetics and Aging. We also participate in research studies, using our validated Biological Age test (TruAge) to verify claims from interventional products. Our goal for the future is to continue to develop our DNA Methylation analytical ability until we can successfully identify markers that can be used by physicians to diagnose age-related diseases before they show outward symptoms, and let them begin early interventions.

Drank too much in college? Here’s what you need to know according to our CEO, Dr. Matt Dawson. Your body has an incredible ability to repair itself, but the effects of past heavy drinking—especially on your liver, brain, metabolism, and gut health—can linger. The good news? Strategic interventions can help slow or even improve these effects over time. What Happens After Years of Heavy Drinking? ? Liver Strain: Your liver works hard to detox, but excess alcohol reduces glutathione (your body’s key antioxidant) and increases inflammation. ? Brain Health Decline: Alcohol disrupts neuroplasticity, cognition, and memory—and chronic use may increase neurodegeneration. ? Metabolic Dysfunction: Alcohol contributes to insulin resistance and weight gain, making it harder for your body to regulate energy.Gut Imbalance: Alcohol disrupts the gut microbiome, increasing inflammation and reducing nutrient absorption. Can You Reverse the Damage? While some effects may not be fully reversible, you can improve liver health, cognitive function, metabolic markers, and gut health through targeted lifestyle choices. ? Support Your Liver – Optimize glutathione levels with NAC, glycine & selenium. ? Protect Your Brain – Omega-3s, B vitamins & aerobic exercise enhance cognitive function. ? Repair Metabolism – Strength training, berberine & fasting improve insulin sensitivity. ? Restore Your Gut – Probiotics, fiber, and whole foods help heal gut dysbiosis. As always, please talk to your doctor and care team for personalized protocols. #LiverHealth?#BrainHealth?#MetabolicHealth?#Longevity?#BioAge

According to TruDiagnostic data, love is some of the best medicine. Here’s how: TruDiagnostic’s advanced epigenetic analysis highlights fascinating connections between love, relationships, and aging metrics: Lower Glucose: Frequent intimacy is linked to lower glucose levels—a key marker of metabolic health. Balanced glucose supports energy, mood, and long-term health, so this is one more reason to prioritize connection. Reduced Aging Speed: More sexual activity is associated with a slower rate of biological aging. Our DunedinPACE algorithm is like a speedometer for your aging, and our research suggests sex might help slow your aging. Older Organ Ages: Divorce-related stress is tied to higher heart, kidney, and hormone ages, as measured by our SymphonyAge algorithm. Chronic stress puts extra strain on these systems, highlighting the importance of emotional well-being. Younger Biological Age: Married individuals often have lower biological age scores, as measured by our OMICmAge algorithm, reflecting overall better cellular health. OMICmAge analyzes proteins, metabolites, and other markers to offer a full-body view of your aging and health. Curious how your relationships affect your health? Test solo or with a partner and save $100 with code VDAY. Offer ends 2/15. Link in bio.

The key to long-term health? Nutrient-dense foods that support your body at every level. Eating in season means fresher produce packed with the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants your cells need to thrive. ?? Citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruits, lemons) deliver immune-boosting vitamin C and powerful antioxidants. ?? Leafy greens (kale, spinach, collards) support heart health, digestion, and cognitive function. ?? Root vegetables (beets, turnips, rutabagas) provide lasting energy and essential minerals for metabolic health. ?? Cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower) aid detoxification and combat inflammation. By eating foods at their peak, you’re nourishing your body with what it needs to stay strong, resilient, and vibrant for years to come. #SeasonalEating #FebruaryProduce #Longevity #HealthyLiving #Nutrition #Epigenetics #TruDiagnostic
