Department Spotlight: Providing a peek into some of the outstanding work done by the EPM Team in FY2024. Enterprise Program Management (EPM) collaborates with stakeholders to provide support and resources to the TRS governance bodies. They identify proposed projects and programs that should follow TRS' data and project governance processes by reviewing and analyzing existing information channels. Annual surveys are conducted to gauge the levels of member and Reporting Employer satisfaction with TRS services. This information is gauged to guide the continuous improvement of TRS services. #departmentspotlight #collaboration #customersatisfaction

Congratulations to the TRS Organizational Change Management (OCM) Team selected as one of eight finalists worldwide, from a pool of 400 across all categories, for the 2024 Gartner Marketing and Communications Awards for Change Communications Excellence. The prestigious annual awards recognize marketing and communications professionals/teams who achieve real, measurable business outcomes in their organizations. The Gartner award finalist designation is a testament to the team’s dedication to managing the people-side of change and collaborating across the agency on projects that support the TRS mission. Department Spotlight: The Enterprise Program Management (EPM) team is dedicated to making TRS a more intentional and resilient enterprise through collaboration and partnership with internal and external stakeholders to make them more productive and successful. This mighty team of four provide services that include - TRS data and project governance, project and program management, as well as research and analysis for operational efforts. Two projects they are currently managing are a website redesign and the 1TRS move to new headquarters. Department Spotlight: The Facilities Management team at TRS is so much more than your typical facilities department. Facilities Management works seamlessly to create a better workspace for our employees and a welcoming space for our TRS members. This past year has been a testament to their hard work, dedication, and the spirit of teamwork as we began our move to new headquarters. Under leadership of Director Eric Koog, Facilities Operations Supervisor Jeff Winnie, and Property Administration Supervisor Pat Koenig, and their team, John Velarde, Agustin Wong, Carlos Maldonado, Mike Walters, Paul Rincon, and Anthony Clemons, Balvina De Arteaga and Estefani Arteaga-Franco, they have achieved remarkable milestones. Thank you for all your hard work, Facilities Management Team!!
