Friday the 13th just got a little scarier for some criminals ?? The people that thought they were just participating in a trend are now being investigated. The Chase bank "glitch" allowed people to write large checks and withdraw the full amount immediately after depositing instead of the normal wait period of up to 3 days, even if the funds weren't available.
