Car accidents are a leading cause of injury and death, with 6 million accidents reported annually in the U.S. That’s 16,438 per day! Nearly 90% of these are caused by driver-related factors like distraction, speeding, and intoxication ????. Certain groups face higher risks: teenagers (especially 16-17-year-olds) are almost twice as likely to crash, seniors over 75 have a higher fatality rate, and new drivers—young or old—lack the experience to react in dangerous situations.
