Meet Nate, one of our packaging team supervisors. On a typical day, he coordinates getting the right beer in the right bottle, can or keg, and keeping priorities in line from shift to shift. “Being out in public and talking with someone drinking Tr?egs, and being able to tell them I put the beer in the can they’re holding… that’s one of the most rewarding things about working here,” says Nate. “I was drawn to the industry through my first craft beer, Nugget Nectar, but my favorite Tr?egs has to be Sunshine Pilsner.” It’s no secret, it takes a great team to get everything accomplished. Josh Stolberg has a new feather for his cap – the winning 2024 Art of Tr?egs piece. Soaring to the judge's favorite, the Virginia artist pieced together “Bird of Tr?egs” with our packaging materials, including bottle caps, cans, pop tabs, corks and carriers. “It took years – and a couple road trips to the brewery – to collect everything,” says Stolberg. “I’m inspired by the technical challenge of sculpture, and reusing one of my favorite brewery’s creative imagery just fit.” Congratulations to Josh, and we'll share more masterpieces leading up to our gallery opening and Art Market on Sat/Sept. 14. Tr?egs recently celebrated the 2024 Dairy Excellence Foundation Student Leader Scholarships at the brewery. The one dozen Pennsylvania students are continuing their undergraduate studies in programs that support the dairy industry. Brewmaster John Trogner led the students and their families on a tour and to the award’s reception. With the Center for Dairy Excellence and the PA Dairymen's Association, we were again thrilled to contribute and use the proceeds from our cheese collaborations with Caputo Brothers Creamery. “It’s another way to amplify our connection with local agriculture,” says co-founding brother Chris Trogner. #Troegs #PADairyAssociation #PAEducation
