For CISOs, the stakes are incredibly high, and so often, that pressure extends beyond the workday. The reality of safeguarding organizations around the clock can come with a personal toll. This constant vigilance is why it’s vital for leaders in cybersecurity to recognize the importance of mental health and the need to step back, delegate, and disconnect.
