At TriVent Healthcare, we have been setting the standard in care for ventilator-dependent patients for over three decades. Our unique approach involves a dedicated multidisciplinary team that delivers therapy several times a day. By centralizing ventilator-dependent patients in one specialized unit, we ensure our team is always close by, maximizing both access to care and the frequency of rehabilitation. The results speak for themselves: - The average length of stay on a TriVent Care Unit is 22 days, a 32% reduction from the national average. - Our ventilator liberation rate is 85%, more than 40% higher than the national average. - Within 30 days of discharge, our readmission rate is less than 7%. That is nearly 80% lower than the national average. Accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), we are the leaders in helping patients achieve liberation from ventilators – a crucial step toward full recovery for hospitals, patients, and their families.
