Food security - and sustainable ‘agrifood systems’ have never been so important, or linked.
World Food Forum & #WorldFoodDay bring people together in the fight against hunger, for sustainable agrifood systems. On 16 October, FAO emphasized the #RightToFood. On the same week, #WorldFoodForum2024 saw 9 000 participants spark impactful collaboration. #FAOInReview

https://lnkd.in/epmz4h2p TriTrees feeds 'people and planet' in Uganda, through growing super fruit trees, focusing on women and girls. Here is a great, short video explaining why that is important! It is exciting to see others also prioritizing the global need.

TriTrees is a proud sponsor and partner of Teach for Uganda. What an honour to be part of this amazing day as we celebrate all the winners of the schools climate clubs championship!
We are built for thoughtfully students centered learning experiences like these. The mind blowing innovations in recycling, food security, water management and biodiversity among others that students are showcasing is the agency upon their commitment. It is going to be a long day of a Crossfire and we are loving every second of it. Who claims the Schools Climate Clubs Championship Rights?

It is an honour to partner with Teach For Uganda and be part of the Schools Climate Clubs Contest. Plus we are excited to grow trees in Teach For All schools across the country soon.
We are delighted hosting TriTrees at our office this afternoon in a Climate Collaborative meeting. What a way to learn from nutritiously rich fruit tree species that they are robustly empowering communities with to address the food insecurity challenge. With the Schools Climate Clubs Contest drawing closer, TriTrees joins us officially as a Collaborative Contest partner and looking forward to interacting and learning from the contestants as we build an actionable approach in jointly empowering the school clubs address the food crisis challenge through planting of fruit trees.
