Exciting things are happening in Midland! We’re thrilled to be part of the Odd Fellows Building project—the downtown’s oldest structure! RDS Management is transforming it into a mixed-use space while preserving its historic features, including the original staircase and arched windows. “The intent is to make it look and feel like it did in 1876,” says Chris Moultrup of Three Rivers Corporation. A huge congratulations to Christian Halquist for celebrating his 1st anniversary with Triterra! Christian has become an essential member of our Natural Resources team, where his expertise shines through in wetland delineations, habitat assessments, and preparing NEPA environmental reviews for various funding programs. Beyond his core role, Christian has gained hands-on experience across other areas at Triterra, contributing to Phase II subsurface sampling, Part 201 report preparation, UST investigations, and vapor mitigation system installations. Here’s to a fantastic first year and many more to come!

Meet Kathleen Christnagel, an industrial hygienist at Triterra, who ensures safe and compliant projects by identifying and mitigating environmental hazards. With expertise in hazardous material surveys, air quality investigations, and lead-based paint inspections, Kathleen thrives in Triterra's supportive environment and enjoys working with an amazing team.
