Tri-State Manufacturers’ Alliance of the Evansville Regional Economic Partnership is a collection of more than 140 businesses and hundreds of professionals who represent the region’s dynamic manufacturing sector. Companies participating in Tri-State Manufacturers’ Alliance work collaboratively to create a vibrant and attractive manufacturing environment in Southwest Indiana that results in improved revenue and profitability and an increase in manufacturing sector jobs. Tri-State Manufacturers’ Alliance hosts quarterly events, coordinates plants tours, facilitates peer group discussions and networking sessions and provides an outlet for best practice sharing. A 16-member Steering Committee works alongside Evansville Regional Economic Partnership team members to develop programs and events targeted to manufacturers in the Evansville Region.

Last Thursday, TSMA hosted the first-ever Evansville Region Manufacturing Summit, welcoming over 300 manufacturing professionals from across the area. The event featured inspiring keynote sessions with Rich Sheridan, CEO of Menlo Innovations, and Travis Daugherty, CEO of Champions 101, who shared impactful insights on leadership and workplace culture. Attendees joined interactive sessions and explored key topics like sustainability, workforce development, cybersecurity, and more, led by local industry leaders. Evansville Region Manufacturing Summit Recap! Yesterday, the Tri-State Manufacturers' Alliance (TSMA), hosted by E-REP, held its inaugural Evansville Region Manufacturing Summit, bringing together over 300 manufacturing professionals from across the region. The summit provided a dynamic platform for education, collaboration, and networking, all focused on advancing the manufacturing sector. Attendees were inspired by keynote speaker Rich Sheridan, CEO of Menlo Innovations, who shared actionable insights on fostering a culture that embraces change, takes action, and encourages learning. Travis Daugherty, CEO of Champions 101, motivated participants with his powerful message on how to "show up to win" in the workplace every day. During the interactive Power Hour, Menlo Innovations guided attendees on how to help their teams soar to new heights. The day featured 10 breakout sessions on critical topics, including leadership development, lean culture implementation, sustainability strategies, cybersecurity, financial planning, machine reliability, workforce development, and strategic leadership integration. Local manufacturing leaders led these sessions, providing participants with valuable strategies to drive success in their organizations. Attendees also explored the State of Manufacturing in Indiana, presented by Conexus Indiana and E-REP, and connected with 10 vendors dedicated to supporting the growth of our regional manufacturers.
