Exciting news from Springfield, Missouri, where the team at CU Transit Services has recently updated their services with TripSpark solutions! In addition to software that empowers CU Transit to improve how they plan and run bus routes, dispatchers and schedulers will have less manual work and more time to focus on strategic tasks. In-vehicle technology, such as the myDrive rugged MDT, provides real-time mission-critical trip information and keeps drivers on the road connected to dispatch. This allows drivers to focus on getting riders to their destination safely and on time. While riders can access MyRide with a desktop or mobile app to learn about CU Transit’s new routes and schedules. Riders receive real-time schedules, vehicle locations, and service updates so there’s no need to ask, “Where’s my bus?” Shoutout to the TripSpark team for taking the time and care to complete this deployment. It’s simply heartbreaking, and for agencies like Soldier On, who are on a mission to provide reliable transportation to homeless veterans and their families, serving riders effectively can be a real challenge without the right tech solutions.
