With 26 years at Triple S,?Stacey Huffman has seen the company grow and evolve, and she’s played a key role in shaping its success. Having worked with four different presidents, she’s been involved in everything from assisting in the development of the first RDC to leading HR, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. “I’m passionate about helping our employees succeed because they are truly our greatest asset,” she shares. “Creating a collaborative, team-centered environment is what drives me every day.” Her role is always changing, which keeps things exciting. Whether she’s supporting Members by educating them on value-added programs like?savings4members?or recently starting work on developing a nationwide recruitment strategy to attract top sales talent, Stacey is always focused on helping people and improving processes. “If I don’t have the answer, I’ll find someone who does,” she says, always making sure Members and Suppliers have the support they need. For Stacey, one of the most rewarding aspects of her job is seeing Clean Team Events come to life. “It’s incredibly fulfilling to watch every piece come together, from planning to execution,” she explains. “The teamwork and positive impact make all the effort worthwhile.” Beyond the events themselves, she values the relationships she’s built along the way. “Some of these connections last a lifetime, and the conversations and collaborations we have make our work even more meaningful,” she adds. Outside of work, Stacey’s time is all about family, fun, and creativity. She loves gathering with her family for fun (and often competitive) game nights, and she’s always experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes she discovers on TikTok. Stacey is also passionate about giving back to the community. Whether she’s mentoring, organizing events, or volunteering for hands-on projects, she finds joy in making a difference. She also has a great sense of humor, something that comes in handy in the workplace. One of her funniest memories at Triple S? Helping a past president count sheets of toilet paper to settle a supplier dispute—only to realize she had completely missed the point of the task. “I was so caught up in the absurdity of unrolling toilet paper across the room that I never thought to actually count,” she laughs. “It was a great lesson in always clarifying expectations!” Her decades of experience, love for teamwork, and dedication to helping others make Stacey an integral part of the Triple S family. Behind every successful organization are leaders who ensure things run smoothly, and at Triple S,?Craig Gilroy is one of those key figures! As Executive Vice President, Craig oversees the?Finance and Operations departments to provide thoughtful guidance and support, helping drive their success every day. From ensuring orders are shipped and invoices are handled, to managing financial compliance and calculating Member rebates, Craig’s work is all about keeping things running smoothly for the Triple S family. Craig doesn’t just work behind the scenes—he’s also a hands-on partner for Members and Suppliers. “I meet with our Suppliers regularly to see how we can improve programs for our Members,” he says. He’s the go-to for pricing needs, rebate questions, and even teaches the??????????????????????????? ???????????????workshop, helping Members make the most of their partnership with Triple S. Whether in a meeting or on the phone, Craig’s goal is always the same: to help Members win more business. What Craig loves most about his role is connecting with Members. “Getting to know our Members on a personal level really brings home the ‘family’ aspect of what we do,” he shares. Clean Team events are some of his favorites, where he can have fun, share laughs, and strengthen those relationships. When he’s off the clock, Craig’s athletic side takes center stage. You’ll often find him on the golf course or pickleball court with his wife and four kids—though he’s quick to admit he doesn’t hold back on trying to win. And if he’s not playing sports, he’s watching them, catching the latest movie, or cracking jokes. “I love to laugh and never miss a chance to throw a joke into the conversation,” he says, proving that humor is as much a part of his leadership style as his finance expertise. With a master’s in finance from Mercer University and CPA credentials under his belt, Craig brings serious expertise to the table. But it’s his blend of professionalism, humor, and dedication to helping others succeed that makes him a key part of the Triple S team—and a favorite among Members and Suppliers alike.
