Great news for the #office market here in Atlanta. The city's office leasing activity surged to 7.3% in August 2024, surpassing Miami's (a 5.7% increase.) This is the highest year-over-year increase in office visits according to Placer.ai data reported by CRE Daily today. (Link in comments below.)
