#TFISpotlight on local vendors! At Trinity Financial, Inc., we’re committed not only to building new developments but also to strengthening the communities we serve. That’s why we prioritize working with local florists, balloon artists, caterers, and other small businesses at our events. This week, we’re shining a spotlight on two fantastic vendors from #Olneyville, home to our 60 King development—where we transformed a long-abandoned knife factory into 60 affordable homes for Rhode Island residents. Olneyville N.Y. System and Nettie's Kettle Corn are local favorites, and we were thrilled to share their delicious treats with guests at our ribbon cutting. If you're in the Providence area, be sure to check them out and support these amazing businesses! #supportlocal #shoplocal #nettieskettlecorn #Newyorksystem #RI #providenceRI

This Women’s History Month, we celebrate the trailblazing women who have shaped real estate. Among them was Joan Kroc, a pioneering developer and philanthropist who built affordable housing and strengthened communities. At Trinity Financial, women in key roles continue to transform the industry, driving progress from New York to Boston. Today, women lead with vision and determination, building stronger, more inclusive communities. Join us in honoring their impact! #WomensHistoryMonth #TrailblazersInRealEstate #Leadership #CommunityDevelopment

A decade ago, we broke ground on 66 Summer Street with a vision to bring vibrant, transit-friendly living to downtown Stamford, CT. Now, 10 years later, this 209-unit community with 6,000 SF of retail is a key part of the Park Square West district, contributing to Stamford’s growth as a dynamic and connected city. This project exemplifies the importance of transit-oriented development in creating walkable, sustainable communities where people can live, work, and thrive. Shoutout to ICON Architecture and everyone who made this $73M project a reality. Here’s to 10 years of city living! #10YearAnniversary #DowntownStamford #WalkableLiving

We’re proud to celebrate Black History Month by spotlighting artist Ebony Bolt (@ebonybolt), and her stunning, dynamic patterns that infuse energy and life into her work. A New York-based artist, Ebony draws inspiration from her years as a CAD Print Designer in the fashion industry, transforming her sketchbook illustrations of train commuters into stunning motifs inspired by the city, traditional textiles, and nature. Her artwork adorns the community room at Van Dyke III, Trinity Financial’s 12-story, mixed-use, affordable housing development in #Brooklyn’s #Brownsville neighborhood, built in partnership with New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). Ebony’s creations reflect the vibrancy of the people and places that shape our cities—stories of resilience, culture, and history woven into every brushstroke. Explore more of her work at www.theboltdiaries.com and join us in celebrating the transformative power of art in community spaces! #BlackHistoryMonth #EbonyBolt #VanDykeIII #BrooklynArt #CommunityThroughArt #TFISpotlightSeries #supportlocal #supportartists

The Trinity team and MBD Community Housing were proud to welcome Leo Salom and the TD Bank team, along with U.S. Rep. Ritchie Torres, Office of The Bronx Borough President Hon. Vanessa L. Gibson, MPA (She, Her, Hers, Ella), and Rob Walsh, President of The Bronx Economic Development Corporation, for a tour of 425 Grand Concourse! This transformative, sustainable development provides essential affordable housing to the Bronx community and was made possible through the dedication of our partners, funders, and team members who brought this vision to life. #AffordableHousing #Sustainability #PassiveHouse #Bronx
As part of a recent Metro New York Market Tour, I had the privilege of visiting 425 Grand Concourse, a 26-story, mixed-use sustainable building in the South Bronx, financed by TD and developed through a joint-venture between Trinity Financial, Inc. and MBD Community Housing. The building is stunning, not just in design but also in concept. It includes 277 affordable apartments, 40% of which are occupied by families who were formerly unhoused or had very low household incomes. The creation of 425 Grand Concourse is a story of sustainability and community rebuilding. The site, originally occupied by a public school that sat vacant for 25 years, is now home to one of the largest passive house buildings in North America, meaning it will be up to 70% more energy efficient than a conventional building. I toured the building with the developers Thomas Brown, Trinity's Vice President of Development, Christoph Stump, Trinity's Vice President of Design and Construction, and Derrick Lovett, President and CEO of MBD. Also joining us were U.S. Rep. Ritchie Torres from the South Bronx, Hon. Vanessa L. Gibson, Bronx Borough President, and Rob Walsh, president of the Bronx Economic Development Corp. The tour was incredibly informative, and it was a pleasure to watch residents come and go through the building's pristine lobby. One of my favorite moments was standing on the building's roof deck, while TD's Matthew Schatz and Ralph Bumbaca pointed out all the affordable housing projects we have financed in the neighborhood, a powerful visual of our commitment to increasing affordable housing in the Bronx, throughout New York and beyond. #ProudToBeTD

For nearly 200 years, Connecticut’s rail has shaped the state’s history—carrying people and goods, fueling economic growth, and making it one of the most prosperous places in the country. #TransitOrientedDevelopment (#TOD) builds on this legacy by creating compact, walkable, and connected communities where people of all incomes can live, work, and thrive. At 255 Main Street in #WindsorLocks, we’re partnering with the Town of Windsor Locks to bring 120 #mixedincome apartments and ground-floor commercial space to a site that neighbors the new, $65-million CTrail and Amtrak station. With strong public-private collaboration, TOD projects like this enhance #housing access, economic opportunity, and #sustainability. Thank you to our development team: Amenta Emma Architects, Lemon Brooke, and Fuss & O'Neill. https://bit.ly/4klrwpc

In 2011, we transformed Appleton Mills, a former factory building, into the largest affordable artist housing development in #Massachusetts. This $64M historic restoration created 130 loft-style units designed for artists and creative professionals. Featuring an atrium gallery, artist workspaces, and community event areas, Appleton Mills is a vibrant home for Lowell's creative community. With green building features and a design that blends history with modern living, it stands as a model for thoughtful redevelopment. #AppletonMills #CreativeCommunity #HistoricPreservation #AffordableHousing #LowellMA #Sustainability

This African American History Month, we honor A. Philip Randolph, a trailblazer for racial and economic justice. Widely regarded as the spiritual father of the civil rights movement, he played a pivotal role in organizing the 1963 March on Washington and advocating for fair wages and desegregation. We’re proud to have restored the historic A. Philip Randolph Houses in Harlem, preserving 36 landmarked buildings while creating affordable homes and community spaces. Randolph’s image proudly adorns the lobby of the project’s second phase, a tribute to his enduring legacy of equity and progress—one that continues to inspire the communities we serve. #BlackHistoryMonth #APhilipRandolph #BuildingCommunity #CivilRights #Harlem
