Trinity Capital, in partnership with Barings, has officially broken ground on Phase Two at 85 Exchange, a Class-A industrial park at the prominent intersection of Kannapolis Parkway and Davidson Highway, US 73 in Kannapolis. The Park is planned to feature approximately 1.3 million square feet across seven buildings. Phase 1, now complete, includes two buildings totaling 314,000 square feet and is 65% leased to Amazon. Trinity Capital is thrilled to announce its latest industrial development project in partnership with Barings: Phase Two of Horizon 16 Industrial Park in Savannah, Georgia. This dynamic project marks Trinity Capital's entry into the Savannah industrial market and highlights the ongoing partnership between Barings and Trinity Capital. Phase Two will focus on six buildings across 1.5 million square feet of Class-A industrial space, designed to meet the needs of regional, national, and international distributors, manufacturers, and logistics firms. Three buildings totaling 626,000 square feet will be developed initially, with anticipated building deliveries beginning in Q4 2025.
