We are delighted to share that Trimont has been named Loan Servicer of the Year in the U.S. by PERE Credit (formerly Real Estate Capital USA) for the fourth consecutive year! In Europe, we were awarded second place for Loan Servicer of the Year, which is consistent with last year and reflects our continued strong performance in the region. 2024 was a transformational year for Trimont. With the acquisition of Wells Fargo’s non-agency third-party Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) business, Trimont is now the largest loan servicer, managing a combined USD 640 billion of loans in the U.S., equivalent to 11% of the U.S. commercial real estate lending market. In addition, we increased the firm’s AUM by more than USD 5 billion and completed four significant portfolio transfers. And finally, we launched five DE&I resource groups focused on mental health and wellness, as well as Black, LGBTQ+, women and young professionals. As we wrap up our celebration of Black History Month, in collaboration with VIBE, our Black professionals resource group, we are delighted to feature Director of Technology Lewis Aaron. For Lewis, Black culture is defined by "Creativity." He is inspired by the innovation and ingenuity that permeate every facet of Black culture. "From the west coasts of Africa to the United States and Jamaica, the art, food, music, and dances created by the Black community have become a global phenomenon. I never imagined that the breakdancing moves we practiced on recycled pieces of wood and linoleum flooring would one day be celebrated as an official Olympic sport," reflects Lewis. In his career, Lewis emphasizes the importance of embracing the future. "In technology, you can't be tied to the past. With advancements occurring at lightning speed, moving forward with courage is essential," he shares. Lewis credits his professional growth to his father, who introduced him to computers at a young age while working at Hewlett Packard, and to his first IT manager who provided the freedom to explore software development beyond his traditional role. Thank you, Lewis, for sharing your insights and for your invaluable contributions to Trimont! #BlackHistoryMonth2025

Continuing our celebration of Black History Month with VIBE, Trimont's Black professionals resource group, we are honored to spotlight another member of our team! Meet Caleb Horton, Associate - Credit and Asset Management. For Caleb, Black culture is encapsulated by the word "passionate." He is deeply inspired by the vibrant expression found in Black music and arts. "When I attend an Alvin Ailey performance, a Beyoncé concert, or a Black arts expo, I'm reminded of the unparalleled creativity and originality that Black artists bring to their work. As a lover of both music and art, I find immense joy in the diverse array of artists who produce beautiful work for us all to enjoy," Caleb shares. Caleb attributes his professional growth to the mentorship he received during his time at the University of Georgia. "My mentor challenged me to become a better man and professional. She encouraged me to be intentional about my values, to consider the impact of my words and actions, and to use courage to transform fear into confidence. Her teachings are a constant reminder and guide for me," Caleb reflects. Thank you, Caleb, for sharing your thoughts and for your valuable contributions to Trimont! #BlackHistoryMonth2025
