Rhonda Sanders-Simmonds, Trilogy’s Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, has been honored with the McKnight Senior Living Pinnacle Inspiration Award, recognizing her exceptional leadership and contributions to the senior living industry. As one of three Inspiration Award winners and 32 Pinnacle honorees, Rhonda’s 20+ years of dedication and innovation have elevated senior care and inspired countless colleagues. Trilogy teams gathered in Grand Rapids for #FallMeeting24 to celebrate achievements and highlight results from the bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS). CEO Leigh Ann Barney emphasized data-driven success and the importance of hardwiring excellence. Top-performing "Sweet Nebraska" campuses included The Oaks at Bethesda and The Springs of Mooresville, with the Southeast division earning top CSS scores for the third consecutive time. #TeamTrilogy
