To celebrate Pride Month this past June, Trilogy partnered with The Trevor Project, an organization dedicated to providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ youth. We donated a total of $9,400 with employee donations, Trilogy’s initial donation and 1:1 employee match, and 2:1 and 3:1 matches from generous Trevor Project donors. As Juneteenth approaches this week, let’s pause to recognize this important day. This is a time to celebrate the resilience and contributions of African Americans and to reflect on our ongoing journey toward equality. We can honor this day by learning about Black history, supporting Black-owned businesses, and participating in local festivities. This honor reflects the dedication and hard work of our team in creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. We are incredibly proud of the positive impact our DEI initiatives have on our communities. Additionally, we are thrilled to recognize Kristine Levinskas, CAM, our Education and Development Manager, who is a finalist for the Apartment Career Education (ACE) Industry Educator of the Year award. Kristine's dedication to nurturing talent and fostering growth is truly inspiring, and we are proud of her achievements. We also want to extend our congratulations to our fellow finalists, American Landmark Apartments and Veris Residential. It is an honor to be recognized alongside such esteemed organizations.
