Meet Janelle B., a valued member of our Trilogy team since 2018. Starting as an RCA, Janelle has steadily advanced to become a QMA and Mentor, embracing every opportunity for growth along the way. With Trilogy’s support, Janelle has earned certifications in dementia care, geriatrics, and phlebotomy, as well as mentor training. Looking back on her achievement of earning her QMA license, she said, "When I started working in healthcare, I never imagined I could get my QMA. I worked hard and had a great cheer team behind me."
