The most advanced AI-Powered training platform in triathlon. Get better results with less training and fewer injuries.
关于我们
As the Official Training Platform of IRONMAN, TriDot? is the most advanced and trusted training platform in triathlon. We leverage athlete training data with TriDot's proprietary database of actual triathlete performance metrics which has been collected for more than 20 years and prescribed over 100 million training sessions. TriDot has been featured in Forbes, Tech Times, and Men's Journal. Our research has proven that one-size-fits-all training approaches fail to produce meaningful results, waste your time, and can lead to injury. 'Custom' programs based merely on theory and tradition tend to provide similar outcomes. TriDot is different. We deliver better results in up to 30% less training time because we find the optimal amount and type of training that has proven to produce the most results per training hour based on similar athletes in our database and the biometrics of the individual athlete. There's no guesswork or trial & error. Whether used with or without a coach, TriDot provides highly effective data-driven training. Coaches focus on the human side of training and racing, helping you achieve your goals, offering accountability and assisting you in adapting your training as life requires. Without the burden of generating training, coaches have the freedom to better support your triathlon journey. Elite coaches like Mark Allen, Mirinda Carfrae, and Michellie Jones utilize TriDot to enhance the training for their athletes. TriDot. Do the Right Training Right.

Today, we continue to thank and honor a few veterans within our TriDot community who carry forward the values and lessons of their military service to help and inspire others in the triathlon world. Holly Weaver (Major, US Army), competing on the 2024 All Army Triathlon team, has always valued fitness as a military leader. She states, “Whether it’s getting in shape after giving birth or completing the Norwegian Foot March with battle buddies, there’s a sense of pride in being fit, healthy, and leading from the front.” Jann Weiss (LT, Ret., US Navy) shares that triathlon, like the military, requires flexibility and adaptability. “The most important skills are managing what you can control when emergencies or unexpected events occur.” TriDot Coach Mike Rucker’s (LTC/Lieutenant Colonel (O5), Ret., US Army) 22 years of service taught him that discipline and focus are essential. “My military experience proved that I can do hard things, do them well, and help others do the same.” TriDot Coach Brock Walaska (Commander, US Navy) who’s trained in 41 countries, emphasizes “Success in the military is built on discipline and courage—values that are just as important in triathlon and values that I instill in all my athletes. Discipline means staying committed to a training plan and finding consistency even with a demanding schedule. Courage is what drives you to push your physical and mental boundaries, test your endurance limits, and uncover your true potential.” To all veterans, thank you for the service and sacrifices you provided this country in protecting our liberties and freedom. Your service is an inspiration to us all. #VeteransDay #HonoringOurHeroes #ThankYouVeterans

This Veterans Day, we celebrate and thank all those who served our country in protecting our liberty and freedoms, while also leading, guiding and helping others through strength and resiliency. Today, we're sharing some brief thoughts from just a few of our TriDot military family on what their military service has taught them as it relates to triathlon. Heather Yun (Col, Ret., USAF), reminds us that “Excellence is not about being brilliant and inspired every day. It’s about showing up, putting the boots on in the morning again, and just doing the next right thing. I can’t do everything all at once, but I can take the next step.” TriDot Legend Coach Tim O’Donnell's (LT, Ret., Navy) triathlon journey was fueled by the U.S. Navy’s support of the sport. At the United States Naval Academy "TO" led the Men’s Team to two US National Triathlon Championship titles. “I owe my entire triathlon career to the support I received from the United States Navy. I’m forever grateful to our Navy and the men and women who have served in the past and who currently serve. Thank you!” Coach Will Usher, former Captain in the Royal Military Police, finds that his military mindset fuels his triathlon journey: “Mindset and perseverance provide a strong combination to get you through the long sessions.” There are many others in the TriDot Family who inspire us through the dedication and courage they learned from their military service. Again, we thank all of you for your service to our country. Thank you. #VeteransDay #ThankYouVeterans #TriathlonTraining

TriDot does not replace a triathlon coach. In fact, we dramatically increase a coach's productivity, meaning we give coaches more time to grow business and develop relationships with athletes. As the most advanced, data-driven training platform in triathlon, our AI-powered training is based on 20 years of research--over which time we've prescribed more than 100 million training sessions. Our CEO, Jeff Booher, explains it best in this 3-minute IRONMAN interview broadcast from KONA last weekend: https://lnkd.in/gzfiQjM3 We're also not an automated coaching philosophy or theory--we're true data-driven, AI-powered training. Our platform helps coaches answer questions they can't otherwise address without the help of technology--such as how to normalize training to elevation, humidity, temperature, age, gender and more. TriDot coaches demonstrate and represent incredible mettle and inspiration. In this case, Coach Kurt Madden battled through a Portuguese Man-O-War sting to finish his 50th IRONMAN--and, by chance, had the opportunity to share that momentous finish line with one of his six athletes who also ran the event. That's what TriDot Coaching is all about. Join in at https://lnkd.in/gamUUzuU
The Big Island buzzed with excitement and energy during the Men's IRONMAN World Championship, a true celebration of determination and spirit! As the warm sun bathed the athletes and the music filled the air, there was an undeniable sense of ‘Ohana’—a bond that united us all. Every heartbeat echoed with promise as we swam toward the starting line, ready to embrace the challenge. But as fate would have it, my journey took an unexpected twist. Just minutes into the swim, I was stung by a Portuguese Man-O-War—a fierce reminder that obstacles can strike when we least expect them. My forehead and forearms felt numb, but instead of succumbing to the pain, I embraced the philosophy of resilience. I focused on my breath, my rhythm, and the road ahead. Upon reaching T1, the volunteers’ kindness soothed my discomfort and propelled me into the next phase: the 112-mile bike ride. The oppressive heat and relentless winds in the lava fields tested my limits, yet I forged ahead, drawing strength from the challenges. Even as hot spots threatened my feet, I remained steadfast, knowing that each mile was a testament to my tenacity. When I finally reached the pier and dismounted the bike, relief washed over me despite the lingering sting. The run began, and I fought to find my rhythm, using ice and Coke to fuel my revival. Losing the lid of my water bottle felt like a setback, but hope arrived serendipitously when I found a replacement cap—a tiny miracle that reminded me of life’s unpredictable gifts. Then, at mile 16, my journey took a beautiful turn as my athlete, John Renken, joined me on the run. Together, we embodied the spirit of unity and perseverance, crossing the finish line on Alii Drive in a moment of pure triumph. John’s selflessness and leadership illuminated the path, showcasing the power of support in overcoming adversity. Reflecting on that day, I see the profound parallel to life itself. Just as we face exhilaration, challenges, and moments of doubt, we learn that together — through shared struggles and collective strength — we can conquer any obstacle. A heartfelt aloha goes out to everyone who made this experience unforgettable. You are the encouragement that fuels our relentless spirit. Remember, in the face of adversity, never give up. Embrace the journey, uplift one another, and let your determination shine brightly! #TriDot #TriDotstories #tridotcoach #Mdrive #Hoka #Vespanutrition
