We are excited to announce that the AC Hotel by Marriott was awarded Sacramento Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Projects of the Year Award – Urban Hotel Category! The breakfast awards ceremony honored a total of 25 remarkable projects within the Sacramento region.
The AC Hotel by Marriott in downtown Sacramento is a stylish and sophisticated accommodation option for travelers. The 100,500 sq ft, 9-story (8-story over basement) hotel's design is inspired by European aesthetics and offers upscale amenities and materials. These are showcased throughout the hotel with an elegant lobby and bar, media center rooms, a fitness room, and 179 energy-efficient guest rooms with sleek furnishings and curated artwork. Exterior features include aluminum storefront windows with aluminum fins, aluminum sunscreens, insulated metal panels, external insulation & finish system (EIFS), and exposed concrete. The hotel is walking distance away from Golden 1 Arena and is a great addition to the downtown area.
Congratulations to the entire team on this amazing project!
