Tricorp Group recently celebrated the ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand re-opening of the 21-unit Shotover Inn Apartments in Hamilton City, marking the completion of a significant rehab/restoration project. This historical building from the 1900s underwent crucial upgrades which included new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as updated fixtures, doors, flooring, cabinets, and countertops. Exterior improvements included a complete balcony rebuild, stucco repairs, and replacement of stairways, railings, gutters, paint and light fixtures. Tricorp Group attended Resources for Community Development’s Sparking Connections Annual Fundraiser in Berkeley. This year marks their 40th anniversary of creating affordable homes for thousands of individuals and families. The event honored one of their co-founders, Linda Maio, as well as raised funds to support their ongoing mission of creating affordable housing for generations to come. The Tricorp Group team had the privilege of attending the SRBX CIEF 2024 Women in Construction Conference at SAFE Credit Union Convention Center in Sacramento last week.
