Meet one of our Arizona delegates for the 2024 Western Governors' Leadership Institute,?Freddy Soto! The Western Governors' Leadership Institute is a program designed to recognize and reward the effective exercise of leadership by young adults across the West. Every year the Foundation selects young adults to represent western states, territories, and tribes as Institute delegates. Delegates will attend the Annual Meeting of the Western Governors’ Association and a one-day leadership development forum. The Foundation covers all expenses associated with delegate participation.?#leadershipdevelopment
