Following our successful collaboration in early 2023, we’re excited to unveil this impressive 5-floor campus. Inspired by Mies Van Der Rohe’s iconic Seagram Building from 1958, this project embodies the modernist corporate style that has influenced countless buildings. The new space features an open-floor plan with a versatile office area, a cutting-edge conferencing center, two internal staircases, a café with a full-service commercial kitchen, and two terraces. Oil-rubbed bronze accents complement the building’s iconic fa?ade and vertical mullions, while custom ceilings align with the landmark lighting. High-end millwork, stones, and metal finishes echo the modernist design that made the Seagram Building a New York icon.
