?? Drumroll please…we are excited to share that three Tri-North projects have made the AGC of Wisconsin's 2024 BUILD Wisconsin Awards list! They include NCG Hospitality's The Saddlery Madison, Urban League of Greater Madison's The Hub, and Oregon Public Library. ?? Each represents not only the impressive craftsmanship taking place throughout Wisconsin, but also the impact that such #construction projects are having in shaping our communities. ?? Congratulations to all the project owners, team members, and partners involved with the award-winning work.

Having recently completed #construction of the Fairfield Inn & Suites owned by DeFoor Hospitality Group and operated by Legacy Ventures Hospitality, we are excited to share the beautifully renovated space. “Spanning over 46,000 square feet and four stories, this project involved updating an existing hotel with a fresh new design including the addition of a second elevator,” says Tri-North Director of Project Management Dan Crow. “While the hotel was open during construction, our team strategically worked with facility staff to phase the construction schedule and activities to help ensure gracious guest experiences.” The new hotel features 75 standard guestrooms and 14 suites. It also includes various amenities such as a fitness center, indoor pool, outdoor patio, market, and electric-vehicle charging stations. Great work to the entire project team!
